We strive to create an affordable, clean, accessible location for photographers in the Twin Cities.

RATES

BASIC RENTAL: Use of the studio and natural light and select furniture

Up to 4 hours- $50
Up to 8 hours- $100

PREMIUM RENTAL: Use of the studio with natural light, strobes and full furniture selection

Up to 4 hours - $100
Up to 8 hours - $200

We do not offer hourly rentals.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date of your rental. To proceed with booking, please choose the deposit amount that corresponds with your desired rental period.


 **Please make sure you have spoken with the scheduling dept. and have confirmed the date/time you want is available at the studio. No refund will be granted if the studio is booked.

At this point we are NOT going to be reserving weekend rentals.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*  This is a shared space - often there are people (including myself) in other parts of the overall space (with access to the bathroom) but the shooting space is yours alone during the time of your session. There are curtains as dividers to close off the shooting bay and that is respected by the other tenants of the space.  Please inform your clients of this.

*  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due via credit card when you book your time. The remaining balance is due when you arrive for your session.

*  Due to the temporary nature of this type of studio setup, I am not able to provide keys to those who rent this space.  Either myself or my business partner (a man) will be on the premise during every shoot, usually in our offices working.  This is non-negotiable.

*  You are asked to provide proof of your own business insurance (and a scan of your driver’s license) as I will not be covering any of the temporary renters under my plan. This must be on file before renting with us.

*  Bookings may be made up to 4 weeks in advance.  If you are unable to make your booking, please try to let me know as soon as possible. I do understand that things come up; unfortunately, I am not able to refund deposits for any reason.  Space is limited. All bookings will be made via phone or email through me (Jenn). I cannot guarantee your slot will be held unless your deposit has been made.

*  A waiver must be signed that releases me and my company from any liability during your sessions. This must be on file before you begin renting with us.

*  You are responsible for your clients while they are in the space. You are subject to fees for any damange to equipment, caused by you or your clients.  Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of any expendables like batteries, gaff tape, or seamless paper.  West Photo is just down the street so it’s easy to pick up anything you may have forgotten.

*  Parking is some free street/some meter parking in the direct vicinity, and there is also a parking ramp about two blocks from the studio. There is no private lot for our studio. 

** NOTE: We have an adorable studio mascot, Lola. She is a Manx cat, very docile.  Please inform your clients of this as they may have strong allergies and would be affected by this.  The space will be made as clean as possible before every session.  Other animals may be brought into the studio (approved on a case-by-case basis) as long as I am given a head's up when booking so I can make arrangements for Lola to be crated in another part of the space.
